Cleanroom Classifier (CRC) is an updated version of a product we have offered since 1984. The newest version covers both Fed Std 209E and ISO 14644 Cleanroom test and certification. CRC allows complete automation of the Cleanroom certification cycle. This includes the following items:

• Calculation of minimum clean room particle count sample site locations
• Control of particle counter start/stop for each sample site. Ensures minimum particle count samples per site are taken at each Cleanroom location.
• Calculation of Cleanroom particle counter statistics including location averages and 95% UCL. The system will calculate based on either Fed Std 209E or ISO 14644 requirements.
• Collection of Cleanroom HEPA filter air velocities directly from a TSI or Shortridge. The system will automatically calculate clean room air volumes when air velocities are taken in FPM.
• Calculation of clean room air change rates.
• Complete tracking of clean room HEPA filter leak test results. This includes full documentation of HEPA filter patches with total patch percentages calculated automatically.
• Collection of Cleanroom static pressure, Cleanroom temperature, Clean Room relative humidity.
• Ability to generate either Fed Std 209E, ISO 14644 or both Cleanroom certification reports with the click of a button!
• Complete historical perspective on all Cleanrooms tested using the system. Once you complete a clean room information sheet, the information is stored for all future clean room certification activities. All historical test data for each room is readily available for review allowing for verification and troubleshooting directly from the program.

Immediately after performing the last certification task, the system is ready to print a certification report suitable for presentation to the client.
